DESCRIPTION:ONLINE REGISTRATION ENDS AT NOON TODAY (Friday) \nFebruary is the month to celebrate LOVE and our love for CHOCOLATE!  Indulge in CHOCOLATE while exploring locally-owned businesses in downtown Spencer. \nBegin your experience on Saturday Feb. 8 at Arts On Grand 408 Grand Avenue. Headquarters will be open from 10:00-2:00 to pick up your passport. Then  sashay your way through participating downtown stores during their Saturday business hours\, enjoying great specials and chocolate treats along the way. \nVisit at least (10) of the participating businesses to have your passport stamped to enter to win a Sweet Grand Prize. At your final destination for the day\, you’ll turn in your passport to vote for your favorite chocolate indulgence and get entered for a sweet GRAND prize of $50 in Main Street Money. \nIt’s FREE to participate if you register online before Feb. 7 or it’s $5.00 the day of the event.
