DESCRIPTION:It’s time again for our annual decorate a planter contest and this year’s theme is “Owl Be Home for Christmas” so your design must have an owl in it somewhere. Email nancy@spencermainstreet.com and she will assign you one of the square planters. Judging is scheduled for Nov. 18th at 1:00. Winners will score money to spend downtown.
