Help us make Downtown festive for the Holidays. The Decorate a Planter Contest theme this year is “Let Rudy Light the Way Downtown” so your decoration has to include a reindeer ! Judging happens on Saturday morning Nov. 19th. 1st place gets $200, 2nd $150, People’s Choice via Facebook gets $125.
