It’s that time of year friends! It’s our planter decorating contest season. Our theme is “All grand things Poinsettia to Downtown Spencer”. Your design needs to withstand our wind & weather, be big enough to be seen and have a poinsettia in it.
There are 3 categories: Business, Group/Individual & People’s Choice. The prizes are $150 for each category in Main Street Money.
