Join us as we take you on a guided tour through 5 upper stories in Downtown Spencer. We will be visiting upstairs at 305 Grand (old Spencer Sewing) to check out the remodeling of 3 apartments up there, the Loft by Pressed, Brown’s, Quail Law and a 5th one TBA.
