Let Spencer Main Street treat you and the family to an ice cream sandwich for only $1 on Tuesday, August 16th from 5-7pm on Grand & West 5th. We will be blocking off the street and will have lots of games for the kids to play, face painting & sidewalk chalk. It’s our way of kicking off the new school year.
