Ice Cream Social

Join Spencer Main Street for a good old fashioned Ice Cream Social on Thursday evening August 25th. We will shut down Grand and West 5th from 5-7pm. There will be games, facepainting, and of course ice cream $1 a scoop~toppings free and you can add a famous Hy-Noon Kiwanis Cookie to your dish too!
