Join Spencer Main Street for a good old-fashioned ice cream social on Wednesday evening August 30 from 5-7p. We will now be on the Clay County Courthouse lawn with lots of shade for this family friendly event. You can get a scoop of ice cream for $1, toppings free plus the Hy-Noon Kiwanis famous chocolate chip cookies on the side.
