Ice Cream Social

Join Spencer Main Street for our annual Ice Cream Social on Wednesday, August 28th from 4:30-6:30 at Veterans Memorial Fountain (between State Bank and the Police Station). It’s $1 a scoop, toppings are free plus we’ll add the famous Hy-Noon Kiwanis Chocolate Chip Cookies on the side. We will also have Root Beer Floats and lot’s of games for the kids to enjoy.
