Downtown Spencer is ready to wine and dine you! Join us for our 11th Annual Wine Stroll on October 14th from 5-7pm. For $15 you get a keepsake wine glass and passport that gets you in to 10 stores for a sip of vino and a bite of food. Headquarters is at Arts On Grand and check in starts at 4:30.
